I’ve been going to Facials and Waxing by Joice in Montclair for a while now and can honestly say she’s amazing at what she does. I’ve only gone for waxing, and every experience has been consistently great.

She is highly skilled and very trustworthy, which means a lot since I’ve had bad experiences in the past. She makes you feel comfortable and taken care of from the moment you walk in.

She’s especially great with eyebrows and never overdoes them. They always come out clean, natural, and exactly how I like them. I have sensitive skin and have never had any burning or bad reactions, which really shows how careful and experienced she is.

Even for more sensitive services like Brazilians, she makes sure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. She’s professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about her clients.

She’s also very friendly, speaks both English and Portuguese, and has been kind enough to fit me in when needed.
