A Cheeks wax typically takes 15–30 minutes from start to finish, including consultation, cleansing, waxing and soothing. Time varies by hair amount and sensitivity. We’ll allow a few extra minutes for aftercare advice and any comfort adjustments.

Some redness or mild irritation is normal immediately after waxing, but it usually subsides within a few hours. We use soothing products and cooling techniques to calm skin. Avoid sun, hot water and exfoliants for 24–48 hours to prevent irritation.

For best results, hair should be about ¼ inch (roughly two weeks of growth). Too short hair won’t grip the wax; overly long hair may cause extra discomfort. If needed, we’ll trim briefly to the optimal length before waxing.

Yes, with precautions: we assess your skin, avoid active lesions, and select gentler waxes and techniques. For severe acne or open breakouts, we may postpone treatment. Always disclose skin conditions so we can customize a safe, effective service.

Most clients return every 3–6 weeks depending on individual hair growth. Regular waxing weakens follicles and can lead to finer regrowth. We’ll recommend a personalized schedule based on your hair cycle and desired maintenance level.

Come with clean, makeup-free cheeks and avoid applying creams or oils beforehand. Exfoliate 48 hours before, but not the day of. If you’re on retinoids or certain medications, inform us; they may increase sensitivity and require postponement.
