Most clients enjoy smooth results for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth and the facial area. With regular appointments, hair often grows back finer and sparser. Timing can vary; book follow-up based on personal regrowth patterns.

Some stinging or sensitivity is normal, but our estheticians use quick, professional techniques and soothing pre- and post-wax care to minimize discomfort. Topical numbing can be requested for sensitive clients, and recommendations are provided to reduce irritation afterward.

Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin and hair about 1/4 inch long for effective waxing. Avoid retinoids, chemical peels, or heavy exfoliation for at least 48 hours prior. Sunburned or freshly tanned skin should be avoided; reschedule if irritation is present.

Temporary redness or minor breakouts can occur, particularly on sensitive or acne-prone skin. Our gentle technique and sterile tools minimize risk. Follow post-wax care—avoid heavy makeup, sun exposure, and exfoliation for 24–48 hours—and use recommended soothing products to prevent irritation.

Yes. Avoid waxing over open wounds, active rashes, sunburn, recent chemical peels or laser treatments, and if you’ve used isotretinoin in the past 6–12 months due to fragile skin. Inform your esthetician about medications, skin conditions, or recent procedures before booking.
